Collection TIME MANAGEMENT
ORGANISING TIME

SCENARIO
1/ Like all managers, Marc has a busy schedule. When the company offers him a new international project, he is torn between his desire to take advantage of the opportunity and the challenge of making the time for it.
2/ Marc only has 1 hour to submit a summary note to his boss before noon. He needs to concentrate, but this isn’t taking into account all the unknown variables that could come up for him...

MISSION
1/ Help the manager redefine his goals and reorganise his schedule to include this new project.
2/ Decide what priority to give (if any) to requests that come up and interrupt Marc. Don’t neglect real emergencies, but make sure he finishes his summary note by noon.
